In this video, I am sharing my take on whether or not you need a Blue Yeti mic. Basically, there are two types of microphones that you should know of,

1. Condenser Microphones – Used in studio environment, highly sensitive, pick up all sounds possible
2. Dynamic Microphones – Good option for creating content in a non-studio environment (like your home), less sensitive, pick up sounds that are closer to the mic

Blue Yeti is a Condenser Microphone and thus not really suitable for content creators that create from their own home and do not have a studio setup.
