The core idea of this book is that being good at your craft doesn’t mean you know how to run a business. Most people start as technicians who love the work & then accidentally become business owners without the skills for it.
I really liked the concept of “business as a product”. Your business itself is the product you’re building, not just what you sell. Design it, refine it, make it work without you.
